Refund policy

Terms of refund 

The refund is made either by crediting the credit card or Paypal account used when placing your order.

The refund is made within ten (10) days of receipt by us of the returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchange or return of non-conforming products:

You benefit from the present guarantees only for the products purchased on our online store.

You can return the ordered products if they are defective or not in conformity with the order by contacting our customer service at contact@vicomte-a.com or by connecting you directly on your personal space. 

Upon receipt of your products and after inspection, we will send you back replacement products, if available.

If we are unable to replace the non-conforming products within thirty (30) days, you may request a full refund.

In the event of replacement or refund of non-conforming products, we will cover your costs of returning the products.

You benefit from the following legal guarantees:

- The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code),

- The legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
