We simplify your return:

You can return your items to us using our prepaid return label system. The amount of €4.80 will be deducted from the refund of your order or your returned items.

Return steps

  • Step 1

    Use our online returns portal to make your request, then package your package including the delivery note.

  • 2nd step

    Print the return label from the return summary, then deliver your return package to the desired facility.

  • STEP 3

    After receipt and verification of your return, your request will be processed by our teams; we will inform you of its progress as soon as possible.
