Delivery and Returns

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment.

Standard delivery with Colissimo:

Delivery time: 48h-72h in France and in Europe.

Packages shipped with a tracking number and delivered without signature

Colissimo standard shipping costs are free for all orders over € 80.

For all orders below 80 €, delivery costs are calculated at the time of validation of the order.

Express delivery with Chronopost:

Delivery time: the day after the dispatch date before 1 p.m. in France.

Parcels sent with a tracking number and delivered against signature.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package and the destination. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Return of your order

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your ordered products, you can return these products to us within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. After this period, the products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Your items will then be exchanged or refunded, provided that the products are returned:

- in their initial state, without having been damaged, washed, modified or worn, with the exception of the fitting,
- in their original packaging in good condition,
- complete and with all accessories relating to the products, such as labels or instructions for use,
- accompanied by the original invoice.

You can return only part of your order to us. Only returned products will be subject to an exchange or a refund.

If the fifteen (15) day withdrawal period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, this period is extended until the next working day.

Return costs are free in Europe. A prepaid slip and a return slip is sent in all orders with return instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of any product returned by you.

The cost of return outside of Europe is the responsibility of the customer.. Please contact our customer service to inform the product (s) you wish to return. Our customer service will inform you of the shipping address for the return. We strongly advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number and delivery against signature because vicomte-a.com cannot be held responsible for the loss of a package returned by you. Once your package has been shipped, you can send the tracking link to contact@vicomte-a.com
