DELIVERY

I have just placed an order, when will it be delivered?

Delivery times depend on the delivery method you choose:

- Colissimo delivery time : 1-3 working days.
- Chronopos delivery timet d+1 1 p.m.: 1 working day.
Receipt of your order on D+1 - valid from Monday to Thursday for all orders placed before 2:30 p.m.
(If your order is placed on Friday, it will be delivered to you on Tuesday)

Order preparation time 1-2 working days.

I did not receive my order.

If you have not received your order, we advise you to first check the delivery times:

- If you are currently on deadline, please wait a few days.

How much are the delivery costs?

Depending on the country and the delivery method chosen, delivery costs may vary:

In Metropolitan Francee and in the European Union countries mentioned below (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden):
:
- Standard Delivery: the price is €4.80 for orders below €80. Above €80, shipping costs are free.
- Express Delivery: the price is €12.95.
- Delivery to a Pickup Relay Point: the price is €4.80 for orders below €80. Above, shipping costs are free.

For countries not mentioned above :
We offer Express delivery via Chronopost. Delivery costs depend on and are automatically calculated according to the quantities ordered.

Can I benefit from free delivery?

We offer Standard Delivery in mainland France and the European Union for all orders over €80.

Can I have it delivered to a Vicomte A. store?

To date, we do not offer Click & Collect. We do everything we can to respond to your request quickly.

If your order is being processed we may cancel it.
However, if the order is in shipping status we will not be able to cancel it.

I can't place my order on the website.

How long is my basket kept?

The retention period of your basket corresponds to your Cookies and browser cache. If you delete your browsing history, your shopping cart will be deleted.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to make a return

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your ordered products, you can return them to us within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. After this period, the products cannot be refunded.

For refund requests : we invite you to contact customer service by telephone on 01 34 18 66 07 or by e-mail at contact@vicomte-a.com by informing us of the order number as well as the products to be returned. We will send you a prepaid label.
Upon receipt and validation of your return, we will take care of the refund, which will be made within XX days.

Resumption conditions :
Your items will then be refunded, provided that the products are returned:
- in their original condition, without having been damaged, washed, modified or worn, with the exception of fitting,
- in their original packaging in good condition,
- complete and with all accessories relating to the products, such as labels or instructions for use,
- accompanied by the original invoice and return slip.

Can I return only part of my order?

You can return only part of your order to us. Only returned products will be refunded.

How can I track the status of my return?

What is the repayment period

After receipt of your order we have up to 10 working days to reimburse you. Please wait this time before contacting us.

I don't have my return slip in my package.

I placed an order and have already returned a product. Can I return a second product from the same order?

We offer you return costs only once per order.

Can I make an exchange?

As part of an order placed on the vicomte-a.com website, it is currently and technically impossible for us to carry out an exchange. You can return the product free of charge by following the process below. This will be refunded to you upon receipt. You will simply have to recommend the product you want.
