Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving payment.
Standard delivery with Colissimo:
- Delivery time: 48h-72h in France and Europe.
Packages shipped with a tracking number and delivered without signature
- Standard Colissimo shipping costs are free for all orders over €80.
For all orders below €80, delivery costs are calculated at the time of validation of the order.
Express delivery with Chronopost:
Delivery time: the day after the dispatch date before 1 p.m. in France.
Packages shipped with a tracking number and delivered against signature.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the destination. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

2. Returning your order
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ordered products, you can return these products to us within 5 days. (15 days following receipt of your order. After this period, the products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Your items will then be exchanged or refunded, provided that the products are returned:
- in their original condition, without having been damaged, washed, modified or worn, with the exception of fitting, - in their original packaging in good condition, - complete and with all accessories relating to the products, such as labels or instructions for use, - accompanied by the original invoice.
You can return only part of your order to us. Only returned products will be subject to an exchange or refund.
If the withdrawal period of fifteen (15) days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, this period is extended until the following working day.
Return costs are free within Europe. A prepaid shipping slip and return slip is sent on all orders with return instructions.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of a product returned by you.
Return costs outside Europe are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service to inform you of the product(s) you wish to return. Our customer service will inform you of the shipping address for the return. We strongly advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number and delivery against signature because vicomte-a.com cannot be held responsible for the loss of a package returned by you. Once your package has been shipped, you can send the tracking link to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Exchange of your order
If there is an error in the size or color of your product, you have the option of making an exchange. Simply contact our customer service by telephone at +33 (0) 134 186 607 or by email at email@example.com specifying the number of your order as well as the product you wish to exchange.
You will then receive a return slip for the product to be exchanged. You have 15 days from the date the slip was sent to return your product.
Upon receipt of your order to be exchanged, we will send you the product in the new desired size to the address indicated. Usual delivery times will be applied for receipt of the exchanged product at your delivery address.
Please note: exchanges are only possible on the same product reference.
