These general conditions of sale (the "GTC") apply to any purchase made on the Vicomte A online store

By ordering products from our online store, you agree to be subject to these T & Cs. You can click[here]to print or download a copy of these T & Cs.


2.1   Sales restrictions

Our online store is exclusively intended for orders made by consumers. Our online store is not intended to process orders from professionals, intended for resale or for any other commercial purpose. We reserve the right to refuse multiple quantity orders of the same item from a single customer or intended for a single mailing address.

All products offered for sale on our online store are offered subject to their availability in stock.

2.2   How to place an order ?

You choose the items of your choice from our range of products and click on the "Add to cart" button as you make your selection.

Before finalizing an order, you can view and modify your order at any time by clicking on "My basket" or on the "Validate My Basket" button.

To confirm your order, click on the "Validate My Basket" button, you initiate the payment process for the products appearing in "My Basket". You will then be asked to identify yourself (cf. Article 3 - Create a personal account) or to provide us with your data as well as payment data.

You will automatically receive an email confirming receipt and payment of your order. We advise you to keep it for any subsequent request.

Once validated, your order constitutes the acceptance of our offer and in particular the acceptance of the proposed price and the designated products as well as our GTC. We keep a copy of your orders for 10 years.

 2.3   Order refusal or purchase cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel a purchase for legitimate reasons.

Refusal of an order or cancellation of purchase for just cause does not give rise to any compensation, but to the reimbursement of product prices if this has been made.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, in particular for the following reasons:

- Product not available in stock,

- Order likely to be intended for resale,

- Contact details or address for incomplete deliveries,

- Incomplete or unverifiable bank details,

- Incorrect sale price displayed on our site.

 2.4 Product availability

Despite all efforts to manage stocks properly, your order may be confirmed and the product may no longer be available in stock when your order is prepared.

In this case, we will inform you of the replenishment times and we reserve the right to offer you another product as a replacement or to cancel the initial order.


To facilitate your orders on our online store, we offer you the possibility of creating a personal account. This account will allow you to be identified automatically for each new order, subject to entering your username and password.

All you have to do is register in the "create your account" section by filling in the detailed fields and creating your password, then confirming the creation of your account by clicking on the "Save" button. Your username will be your e-mail address and you have the possibility to change your password at any time.

An e-mail confirming the creation of your account will be sent to you automatically.

We reserve the right to control the information provided when creating an account. This information will be kept in our customer database. We are committed to using this information in accordance with our Privacy Statement which you can to consult [here].

You can modify the information on your personal account at any time.

4-1 Delivery zones

Our products are delivered to the countries available in the address entry drop-down menu.

Delivery is made by post to the address you gave us when ordering.

Your order is sent to the delivery address you provided when ordering. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

4-2 Delivery methods and times

We offer several delivery methods.

Upon receipt of full payment for the price of your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be directed to the carrier's website from which you can follow the progress of the shipments.

Standard Delivery:

Your delivery is made within two to three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) by Colissimo France without signature.

For mainland France: The price is 4.95 € for orders below 80 €. Above the shipping costs are free.

Express delivery :

Your delivery is made within 24 hours by the Chronopost carrier from the date your order leaves our warehouse.

Please note that the lead time may be slightly longer when the products must be delivered to areas with difficult access.

4-3 Late delivery

We do our best to deliver your products on time. However, these deadlines are not guaranteed, especially during periods of full activity (eg Christmas, Sales, etc.), or due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you have not received your order within the time indicated, please check with the agents at your post office first that they are not holding your package. Otherwise, we thank you for contacting us and we will do our best to assist you.

4-4 Split delivery

We do our best to deliver all of your products at once. However, we reserve the right to deliver the products of your order in one or more times for reasons of logistics or availability in stock.

In such a case, you will be informed in advance by e-mail and no additional shipping costs will be charged to you.

Article 5 - PRICE

5-1 Price

All prices indicated on our online store include Value Added Tax, at the legal rate in force.

Prices shown are in euros and do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method and the place of delivery.

5-2 Price change

At any time, we reserve the right to modify the price of the products indicated on our online store.

5-3 Pricing error

In spite of all our efforts, it can exceptionally happen that referenced products present an incorrect price.

If there is an obvious error in the price of a product, we will contact you and, depending on your instructions, give you the option of confirming your order at the actual price or canceling your order.


Our shipping costs are as follows:

- Standard Delivery (Colissimo)in mainland France and Corsica: € 4.95 for all orders placed on the Website, free from € 80 purchase.

- Express delivery (Chronopost)in Metropolitan France and Corsica: € 12.95 for all orders placed on the Website.

We reserve the right to add additional charges for deliveries made to certain hard-to-reach areas. If there are additional charges for your order, you will be notified in the step titled "Order Summary".

For all pricing information concerning the French overseas departments and territories as well as all other parts of the world, please contact us to inform you of the price in your area.

For orders to Europe or internationally, the prices are communicated during the order validation.


7-1 Types of payment accepted

Payment for our products can be made by credit card or Paypal as indicated on the payment page.

7-2 Payment date

Full payment of the price, including shipping costs and any additional costs for services you have ordered, will be debited from your credit card or Paypal account at the time of validation of your order.

7-3 Retention of title

We will deliver the products to you provided your payment is effective. We retain ownership of the products until full payment of the price of the products has been received.

7-4 Payment by credit card

You confirm that the bank card used to pay for the order is yours. All bank card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will have the right to refuse to deliver your order.

A customer advisor will contact you to help you finalize your order.

7-5 Payment by check

Your bank check should be sent to the order of ALLURE Saint Honoré, duly completed and signed, at the following address:

You will also need to indicate the order number on the back of your check.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if your check has not reached us within 8 calendar days of confirming your order.

Your order will not be shipped until we have cleared your check. Following numerous unpaid bills, the processing time is approximately 15 days after receipt of your check.

7-6 Invoice remittance

All orders are subject to an invoice remittance issued by paper or electronic medium.


Only products that have been purchased directly from the website may be subject to exchange or return. If you have purchased your Vicomte A. products in a store, on another website or in any other point of sale, they can only be returned to the address where your purchase took place.

8-1 Exchange and return procedure:

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your ordered products, you can return these products to us within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. After this period, the products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

A prepaid slip and a return slip is sent in all orders with return instructions. Returns are only offered for orders with a delivery address in Europe.

Your items will then be exchanged or refunded, provided that the products are returned:

- in their initial state, without having been damaged, washed, modified or worn, with the exception of the fitting,
- in their original packaging in good condition,
- complete and with all accessories relating to the products, such as labels or instructions for use,
- accompanied by the original invoice.

You can return only part of your order to us. Only returned products will be subject to an exchange or a refund.

If the fifteen (15) day withdrawal period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, this period is extended until the next working day.

Return costs are free in Europe. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of any product returned by you.

How to exchange an item?

Two possibilities :

- the fastest: You place another order and request a refund for the item in your possession that you return to us within 15 days (see the "Refund terms" section below).
- you return the item by attaching a copy of your invoice and indicate the size you want instead.

8-2 Terms of reimbursement 

The refund is made either by credit card or on the Paypal account used when placing your order, or by check according to your wishes.

The refund is made within thirty (30) days of our receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

8-3 Exchange or return of non-conforming products:

You benefit from the guarantees present only for the products purchased on our online store.

You can return the ordered products if they are defective or not in conformity with the order by contacting our customer service at or by logging in directly to your personal space.

Upon receipt of your products and after inspection, we will send you replacement products, if these are available.

If we are unable to replace nonconforming products within thirty (30) days, you may request a full refund.

In the event of replacement or refund of nonconforming products, we bear your costs of returning the products.

You benefit from the following legal guarantees:

- The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 211-4 et seq. Of the Consumer Code),

- The legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).


9-1 Promotional offers

Our offers are valid for as long as they are visible on our site or on the dates indicated if it is a fixed-term commercial transaction.

9-2 Promotional codes

A promotional code gives the right to a one-off discount for the purchase of one or more products on the site under the conditions provided for by the promotional code.

Promotional codes are personal, they cannot be sold, exchanged, or made available to the public for free or for a fee on a website or any other communication medium without prior, express and written authorization.

Promotional codes can be used under the following conditions:

- You can only use one promotional code per product.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Promotional codes are not redeemable for cash or refundable.

We accept no responsibility for any damage resulting from the misuse of our products.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a case of force majeure, if they are attributable to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party, or if they are attributable to you.

In the event of your breach of these T & Cs, we will send you a formal notice to remedy it. If this formal notice remains ineffective after a period of fifteen (15) days, we may, as of right, deny you the right to access the site, delete your account, or refuse your future orders.


The Site is made available to you as is. In particular, we do not guarantee that the Website will be available uninterrupted 24 hours a day and in a fully operational manner. For example, access to the Website may be interrupted without notice in the event of technical problems or for maintenance reasons.

It is your responsibility to protect your computer. We will not be responsible for any damage which may be caused to your computer, or for the loss of data which may result from the use of the site


We are not responsible for the use and content of the websites to which we provide links.

Your use of the site and your orders are subject to the T & Cs in effect at the time of your use or order of products, unless a change to these T & Cs is required by law or by a government authority, in which case such change will also apply to any orders you have already placed.


These T & Cs, as well as any disputes that may result from them, or that result from the use of the website or orders made through the Vicomte A. online store are governed by French law.

If any of the stipulations of these T & Cs is deemed invalid, void or inapplicable for any reason whatsoever, this stipulation will be considered divisible from the rest of the T & Cs and will not affect the validity and applicability of the other stipulations of the T & Cs. .
